Payment policy

A valid credit card is required for the guarantee of the reservation. The credit card will be charged 14 days before arrival, with the total amount of the reservation - Rates shown are inclusive of accommodation cost plus the environmental fee of 15,00 € per night- The credit card provided will be charged only with the accommodation cost - The environmental fee will be paid at the hotel reception upon arrival.

Cancellation policy

If the reservation is cancelled up to 14 days before arrival, no cancellation fees apply. In case of cancellation less than 13 days before arrival, the hotel reserves the right to charge the full reservation amount as a cancellation fee.
