1. Purpose of the ConferenceNPFC exists to:

Share scientific, technical, and practical knowledgeFoster open dialogue across industry, academia, and innovation partnersBuild a trusted professional communitySupport long-term development of the pet food sector

2. Respect for Intellectual Property

All presentations, data, and materials shared at NPFC remain the intellectual property of the respective speakers.Conference content may not be recorded, republished, distributed, or reused without prior written consentfrom both the speaker and NPFC.NPFC may not be referenced, cited, or used to promote external publications, media, or commercial initiatives without NPFE approval.

3. Use of NPFC Network and Identity Participants may not:

Use attendance to solicit speakers or delegates for unrelated commercial activitiesPresent themselves as affiliated with NPFC without explicit agreementLeverage the NPFC name, brand, or community to establish credibility for external ventures

4. Non-Commercial Conduct During the Event

NPFC encourages dialogue and collaboration, but:Direct sales activities, product pitching outside agreed formats, or commercial prospecting are not permitted.Sponsors and partners must operate within the formats defined by the conference organisers.

5. Participation by Invitation and Alignment

NPFC reserves the right to:Approve or decline participation based on alignment with the conference’s professional and ethical standardsLimit attendance to maintain a balanced and trusted environmentRevoke participation if conduct conflicts with these principles
